3. Quotations & Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Work will commence once payment terms are agreed upon and any required deposit is received.
Late payments may result in delays, interest charges, or suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond promptly to requests for feedback
Supply all necessary materials and approvals in a timely manner
Failure to do so may impact agreed delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the work remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you, excluding any third-party assets used under license.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, software, or hosting services in the delivery of our work. While we carefully select these providers, we are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or security of third-party services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an agreement by giving 14 days written notice. All work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on www.techmatron.co.uk with the updated date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
